Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field
- •Hands-on experience designing and running geo holdout tests or comparable methodologies
- •Experience building marketing forecasting models
- •Expertise in experimentation methodology, A/B testing, hypothesis testing, sample estimation, and statistical power analysis
- •Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python within cloud data environments like Databricks and BigQuery
- •Experience with marketing measurement tools and platforms such as MMM/incrementality platforms and ad platform reporting
- •Strong intuition for marketing and customer psychology related to acquisition and retention
- •High autonomy and project management skills
- •Demonstrated commitment to mentorship and technical leadership
What You'll Do
- •Drive the marketing measurement roadmap including experimentation, forecasting, and incrementality testing
- •Design and run geo holdout tests and other incrementality methodologies
- •Collaborate with Data Science to maintain priors and data inputs for marketing mix modeling
- •Oversee marketing experimentation strategy ensuring statistical rigor
- •Develop forecasting models for marketing performance and spend efficiency
- •Query large-scale data platforms to identify channel inefficiencies and investigate anomalies
- •Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline data extraction and analysis
- •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level analysts
