Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Manage high-volume operational queues including customer emails and operational cases such as account updates, asset transfers, and account reviews
- •Process ACH disputes and manage incoming mail and fax inquiries regarding asset transfer requests, asset verifications, and legal levies
- •Process 3210 letter requests and partner with Advisors team to facilitate customer outgoing asset transfers and incoming rollovers
- •Assist customers with updating funding sources and resolving complex account inquiries
- •Support the Risk team by investigating account unlock requests, verifying documentation, and distinguishing fraudulent activity from false positives
- •Balance protection and advocacy for customers caught in false positive flags while protecting the firm from fraudulent losses
- •Collaborate with Team Lead and cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and establish priorities for new tools and infrastructure
