Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Build and manage an engineering team in Europe.
- •Coach engineers to take ownership of projects and deliver with little intervention.
- •Provide feedback on product and technical specs to improve quality and scope.
- •Debug customer issues, ship bug fixes, and improve developer experience.
- •Improve internal systems such as data generation and simulation for demo accounts.
- •Mentor engineers to develop skills for ownership and autonomy.
- •Drive engineering culture focused on ownership, autonomy, and high standards.
- •Collaborate with product, business, and design teams without making final decisions.
- •Build automation to improve engineering processes and workflows.
