What You'll Do
- •Take ownership over a large portion of one of the products and own projects end-to-end
- •Research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes
- •Design and build features such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and offer signing within the product
- •Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, designers, and infrastructure teams
- •Communicate clearly and concisely to keep stakeholders updated
- •Balance speed and quality in software delivery
- •Automate or abstract tedious and time-consuming work to create leverage
Nice to Have
- •Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL API, Node.js, Postgres, Redis
- •Love of typed languages
- •Experience in debugging and abstractions
