Requirements

- •Experience or willingness to manage up to 6 direct reports
What You'll Do
- •Build and manage an engineering team in Europe
- •Coach engineers to take ownership of projects and make product decisions
- •Provide feedback on product and technical specs
- •Grow engineers to deliver large, loosely defined projects with little intervention
- •Debug customer issues and ship small bug fixes
- •Improve developer experience and internal systems
- •Build an environment that empowers engineers to do their best work
- •Drive individual performance, process, and culture improvements
- •Maintain technical skills while managing
- •Build automation to improve team processes
