Requirements
- •Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects

What You'll Do
- •Manage and execute implementation and onboarding projects ensuring milestones are met
- •Lead and scale a high-performing EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists
- •Build strong customer relationships and tailor implementations to customer needs
- •Drive work forward by translating ambiguity into clear paths and ensuring follow-through
- •Define and evolve implementation delivery approaches optimized for the EMEA region
- •Operate in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements
- •Navigate change management processes and help customers adapt to new systems
- •Understand technical intricacies of complex products and apply technical curiosity
- •Proactively address customer opportunities and improve processes
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
