Requirements
- •2+ years of continuous experience as an Engineer or Designer
- •Good proficiency in both Design and Engineering
- •Exceptional proficiency in one discipline practiced full-time
- •Experience designing products and shipping code to hundreds of users
- •Excellent taste and execution in visual design
- •Ability to ship fast and iterate based on user feedback
- •Comfortable with minimal process and high ownership
- •Strong collaboration and deliberate communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Design and code features combining UI/UX and engineering
- •Work on challenging design problems
- •Improve and expand the in-house design system
- •Consult on bespoke design work for Product Engineers
- •Redesign mobile web app by user research, wireframing, and implementation
- •Build flexible, composable components for consistent UI
- •Improve information hierarchy and scannability in product designs
Nice to Have
- •Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL API, Node.js, Postgres, Redis
- •Love of typed languages
- •Experience contributing to design systems
- •Experience with AI-powered tooling for software development
