Requirements
- •2+ years of continuous experience as an Engineer or Designer
- •Good proficiency in both Design and Engineering
- •Exceptional proficiency in the discipline practiced full-time
- •Experience designing products and shipping code to hundreds of users
- •Excellent taste and execution in visual design
- •Ability to work with minimal process and high ownership
- •Ability to ship fast and iterate based on user feedback
What You'll Do
- •Design and code product features combining UI/UX and engineering
- •Work on challenging design problems
- •Expand and enhance the in-house design system
- •Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers
- •Redesign mobile web app by talking with customers, wireframing new flows, implementing design system
- •Build flexible, composable components in the design system
- •Improve information hierarchy and scannability of designs for better user experience
Nice to Have
- •Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL API, Node.js, Postgres, Redis
- •Love of typed languages
- •Experience contributing to design systems and building features for large user bases
