Requirements
- •10+ years of experience in financial operations, payments operations, or treasury operations
- •4+ years in a senior leadership role
- •Experience managing fiat and cryptocurrency money movement at scale
- •Experience building and leading operations teams through rapid growth
- •Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and fraud-prevention frameworks
- •Experience partnering with Treasury functions on liquidity and banking relationships
- •Experience driving operational readiness for new product launches or geographic expansions
- •Vendor management experience with payment processors, banking partners, or crypto platforms
- •Strong analytical skills to translate operational data into performance metrics
- •Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- •Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, regulated environment
- •Crypto/digital-asset industry experience preferred
What You'll Do
- •Own end-to-end financial operations for the consumer business including deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and reconciliation across fiat and cryptocurrency assets at scale
- •Define and manage SLAs for customer-impacting operational metrics
- •Build and maintain documented SOPs and a control framework for consumer money movement
- •Build, lead, and scale a high-performing operations team including workforce planning
- •Own consumer-facing incident response for operational disruptions including customer communication protocols
- •Drive operational readiness for new product launches and geographic expansions
- •Develop and refine scalable processes and automation to improve efficiency
- •Partner with Compliance and Legal to operationalize AML, fraud prevention, and KYC-related controls
- •Partner with Treasury on liquidity and cash positioning for consumer-facing flows
- •Own vendor management and performance monitoring for payment processors and banking partners
- •Analyze operational and financial data to drive strategic decisions and improve performance
