Requirements
- •5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing focused on Mobile App Growth (UA)
- •Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer
- •Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization
- •Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k
- •Extensive hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok campaigns
- •Fluency in professional and technical English
What You'll Do
- •Create, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels
- •Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets
- •Serve as expert user for Mobile Measurement Partner, AppsFlyer, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution
- •Manage creative process by briefing design/creative teams and generating/validating ad copy and video scripts
- •Utilize AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis
- •Understand mobile ad fraud and prevention tools
- •Self-serve data via SQL/Looker/Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams

- •Experience in Fintech or Gaming industries
- •Familiarity with marketing products in the Cryptocurrency space
