Requirements
- •More than 5 years of experience leading communications programs in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or adjacent fields.
- •Deep crypto literacy and ability to learn about the company's business, product, and regulatory roadmap.
- •Proven track record of announcing complex technical products and translating them into simple, impactful value propositions.
- •Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- •Exceptional editorial skills for writing and editing complex crypto technical or regulatory details.
- •Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-judgment environment with changing market conditions.
What You'll Do
- •Build and execute a differentiated product and technology communications strategy and narrative.
- •Own end-to-end communications for product launches.
- •Lead announcements of licensing, regulatory, and compliance milestones.
- •Define and champion the company's position on AI and related storytelling.
- •Manage tech media and influencer relations.
- •Build high-impact platforms for product, technical, and AI spokespeople including media opportunities and speaking engagements.
- •Write compelling product-focused content such as blog posts, press releases, and executive social posts.
Nice to Have
- •Existing crypto industry media and influencer relationships.
- •Experience with communications/content about trading products, derivatives, options, perps, prediction markets.
- •Experience with communications/content centered on regulatory, licensing, or policy topics.
