Requirements
- •3–5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or growth partnerships within Web3, DeFi, or crypto exchange sectors.
- •Deep, authentic crypto literacy including understanding liquidity sourcing, derivatives trading, perps, tokenomics, and trader migration.
- •Proven, referenceable network of active Web3 affiliates, alpha groups, Telegram signal rooms, or copy-trading communities.
- •Relentless outreach mindset with ability to cold pitch and navigate closed networks.
- •Strong understanding of referral tooling and data attribution mechanics including tracking links, cookies, and on-chain referral contracts.
- •Excellent negotiation skills to build win-win commission structures maintaining healthy customer acquisition costs.
What You'll Do
- •Own the acquisition strategy for high-net-worth and high-volume users targeting alpha groups, VIP traders, private yield communities, and Web3 key opinion leaders.
- •Scale broader affiliate network to drive volume into core retail products including prediction markets, perpetual futures, and token launches.
- •Conduct direct outreach across platforms like Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and Farcaster to build relationships and recruit affiliates.
- •Design, launch, and monitor commission structures, rebates, and volume-based incentive programs for affiliates.
- •Monitor competitor affiliate programs to structure superior deals and attract top-tier distribution networks.
- •Build, scale, and optimize Blockchain.com's global Web3 affiliate and partner network.
- •Execute aggressive daily outreach campaigns to recruit high-signal affiliates, trading communities, and Web3 micro-influencers.
- •Leverage and activate personal network of whales, heavy traders, and community founders.
- •Manage relationship lifecycle for highest-earning affiliates providing bespoke assets and early product access.
- •Partner cross-functionally with product, content, and Legal/Compliance teams to execute promotions.
- •Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance and customer lifetime value.
Nice to Have
- •Direct experience working with crypto KOLs, OTC desks, or premium private banking-style crypto products.
- •Deep active immersion inside specific geographical crypto hubs such as APAC, LATAM, or Europe.
- •Familiarity with compliance boundaries regarding financial product promotions and affiliate marketing across multiple jurisdictions.
