Requirements
- •Experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring software developers
- •Comfortable planning and executing to deliver timely, high quality software
- •Solid experience working in an agile development environment
- •Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM or similar degree
- •Experience with embedded software
- •Experience with Golang, C/C++, and Shell
- •Solid understanding of Linux and a modern GNU/Linux distribution, Debian or Ubuntu preferred

- •Build and lead a distributed team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands-on career development
- •Directly contribute toward the team’s engineering goals
- •Support timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs
- •Set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
- •Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices
- •Develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices
- •Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with company values
- •Be an active part of the leadership team and collaborate with other leaders in the organisation
- •Work from home with global travel twice a year for company events
