Requirements
- •Passion and drive to embed scientific approaches in talent selection
- •Strong behavioural interviewing techniques including competency based and psychometric assessments
- •Excellent analytical problem solving ability using SQL, statistical analysis or Python, BI tooling
- •Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology based subject
- •High level of personal organisation to work remotely and be effective
- •Experience hiring talent in technology or consulting industry
- •Highly data driven mindset with ability to create measurable outcomes
- •Exposure/appreciation of psychometric assessments including interpretation
- •Experience conducting behavioural, competency based interviews and ability to train stakeholders
- •Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks each
What You'll Do
- •Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insight and partner with the business to help move through hiring processes efficiently
- •Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews providing insights into motivations and behaviours
- •Build key relationships with global stakeholders to deliver against hiring agenda and ensure consistency in operational processes
- •Drive data driven insights to support robust decision making
- •Consider employer brand and candidate experience
- •Review and streamline hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement
- •Work with external third parties and platforms to maximize return on investment
- •Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from hiring process and supporting sourcing strategy
Nice to Have
- •Experience in sourcing and headhunting and ability to teach senior leadership
- •Experience in statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics and ML
- •Exposure to LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, Superset
- •Knowledge of psychometric validity and reliability metrics
