Requirements
- •Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale production platforms

What You'll Do
- •Design, build, and operate highly scalable platform services that improve the reliability and performance of the CRE platform
- •Lead the development of production-grade backend services and APIs that support multiple internal stakeholders and platform consumers
- •Drive architectural improvements that enable both vertical and horizontal platform scaling
- •Improve workflow execution durability and platform resilience through thoughtful engineering, rigorous testing, and operational excellence
- •Partner with engineering teams across the organization to deliver cross-functional platform initiatives from architectural design through production deployment
- •Strengthen platform ownership by reducing operational silos, improving documentation, and increasing shared knowledge across the engineering organization
- •Contribute to improving platform reliability through engineering practices aligned with service reliability objectives and measurable operational outcomes
Nice to Have
- •Experience defining, measuring, and improving service reliability through SLOs and SLIs
- •Experience developing software using TypeScript, Solidity, or additional backend technologies
- •Strong interest in blockchain infrastructure and Web3 technologies
- •Experience building decentralized applications (dApps)
- •Experience developing financial infrastructure, banking systems, or other mission-critical distributed platforms
