Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- •3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law or in-house legal support within an international group of companies
- •Hands-on experience with corporate documentation including shareholder and board resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates, extracts, and constitutional documents
- •Practical experience supporting legal entities across multiple jurisdictions including company incorporations, corporate changes, and regulatory or commercial register filings
- •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple corporate processes, documentation, and deadlines
- •Fluent English and strong communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Providing corporate legal support to Group entities across multiple jurisdictions
- •Maintaining and regularly updating internal corporate information registers for all Group entities
- •Preparing, collecting, and organizing corporate documentation including shareholder and board resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates, extracts, constitutional documents, and registration records
- •Coordinating filings with government authorities and commercial registers for corporate changes
- •Providing legal and administrative support in establishing new companies
- •Arranging notarization, apostille, legalization, and translation of corporate documents
- •Providing legal support during audits including documentation review and response preparation
- •Liaising with directors and ultimate beneficial owners regarding verification requirements
- •Supporting the opening and maintenance of bank and other corporate accounts
- •Monitoring validity and expiry dates of corporate documents and KYC documents
- •Managing end-to-end processing of invoices from external legal counsel
