Requirements
- •Education in Design, HCI, or Interaction Design, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience
- •Experience designing large-scale B2B/enterprise platforms, data-rich experiences, or dev/ops tools
- •Comfortable using AI-native tools like Claude Code, Cursor, MCP for prototyping and design
- •Portfolio showcasing systems thinking and end-to-end flows
- •Strong systems thinking and technical fluency with UX disciplines (interaction design, prototyping, visual design, user research)
- •Curious, adaptable, quick learner, collaborative team player
What You'll Do
- •Design horizontal frameworks and shared capabilities for Cresta products
- •Ensure cross-cutting concerns are solved once as a reliable, extensible platform
- •Make platform capabilities self-serve and customizable for internal squads and external customers/partners
- •Design frontend platform building blocks, UI frameworks, internationalization, roles and permissions, organizational and user management, accessibility, data and metadata management, integration with 3rd-party data platforms, login flows, notifications, privacy and PII redaction, SDK and dev tools
- •Design scalable, self-servable, and customizable frameworks for business users and developers
- •Understand data, permissions, and services flow across products and reflect in clear mental models
- •Partner with Platform PM and tech leads to shape platform strategy
- •Prototype using code/design tools like Cursor or Claude and refine for enterprise readiness
- •Advocate for design quality and raise the quality bar
- •Drive cross-squad alignment and secure stakeholder buy-in
- •Exercise good judgment on shipping timelines
