Requirements
- •5+ years experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles
- •Experience working closely with AI or LLM first products
- •Hands-on work style with curiosity and bias for action
- •Experience leading complex deployments and owning customer relationships including senior stakeholders
- •Strong technical understanding and systems thinking
- •Exposure to building AI Agents (personal projects count)
- •Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic startup environment
- •Passion for AI, automation, and customer experience
What You'll Do
- •Own AI Agent outcomes for customers, defining and delivering on key metrics
- •Own the deployment lifecycle for AI Agents from scoping to post-launch optimization
- •Design, build, test and iterate on AI agents in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineers
- •Serve as the AI Agent subject matter expert for the EMEA sales cycle, including demos and solutioning
- •Lead customer relationships and act as primary point of contact for AI Agent
- •Facilitate workshops and design sessions with customer stakeholders
- •Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth implementation and provide feedback
- •Improve playbooks for agent development and customer deployment
- •Build and set standards for the forward deployed practice in EMEA
Nice to Have
- •Background in product management, conversation design or forward deployed engineering roles
- •Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
- •Familiarity with customer support and contact center operations
