Requirements
- •10+ years of experience in IT operations
- •4+ years leading teams
- •Track record of setting team roadmaps and adapting swiftly as priorities shift
- •Experience supporting cloud and SaaS applications including Office 365, Entra SSO / IDP, SharePoint
- •Experience in user lifecycle management
- •Experience using AI to accelerate work including AI-assisted development and AI agents
- •Experience administrating and managing medium-to-large Microsoft Entra tenants, preferably using Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code technology
- •Ability to remote troubleshoot on macOS, Windows, Linux, iPhone, Android, and Office365
- •Basic familiarity with Linux sysadmin utilities
- •Sound understanding of best practices for administrative access including least privilege and other security measures
- •Excellent writing skills for admin-facing and user-facing documentation

- •Support nearly 400 team members with internal tools and systems
- •Continuously review and improve service delivery standards and mechanisms for internal tools
- •Deliver excellent and trustworthy IT Services
- •Speed up and simplify the onboarding process for new team members
- •Deploy Intune MDM for all corporate computers
- •Build Azure Active Directory Authenticated VMs for Windows App Testing
