Requirements
- •Data-driven product decision making aligned with legal and ethical standards
- •Experience with content moderation and AI guardrails
- •Experience working with trust and safety and compliance requirements for consumer-facing products
- •Strong collaborative mindset and communication skills, fluent in English
- •Comfortable working with and leveraging AI tools
- •Experience managing third-party partnerships related to compliance and safety
- •Ability to take ownership and work independently with ambiguity
- •Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content
What You'll Do
- •Own the product and technical delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across platforms
- •Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements and engineering work
- •Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation, testing, launch, and ongoing improvement
- •Own product side of improvements to in-house moderation systems including proprietary LLM technology EverGuard
- •Lead technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations
- •Establish dashboards and recurring QA to identify issues and ensure T&S measures effectiveness
- •Own testing for moderation systems and product safeguards against misuse and edge cases
- •Establish and run dedicated T&S review for new features and material changes
- •Coordinate product and engineering response to significant safety issues
