Requirements
- •Minimum 3 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- •Experience in start-up or scale-up environment
- •Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
- •Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- •Fluent in English
- •Strong communication and collaborative skills
- •Goal-oriented with ownership and commitment
- •Ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy
- •Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content
What You'll Do
- •Identify, attract, and land top global talent
- •Help build a recruitment stack matching company scale and ambition
- •Talent mapping and sourcing from global Tier 1 tech hubs
- •Use AI-first recruitment tools and niche channels for sourcing
- •Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
- •Own candidate journey from discovery call to final close
- •Conduct structured interviews assessing technical and cultural fit
- •Provide summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership
- •Improve hiring workflows and remove friction
- •Contribute to employer branding and creative initiatives

- •Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with AI space
- •Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives
