Requirements
- •Experience building and shipping functional features, experiments, prototypes, workflows, or tools using AI coding tools
- •Ability to use data to make product decisions including running A/B tests, product experiments, data analysis, or user research
- •Independent exploration and experimentation with AI tools and techniques
- •Ownership mindset and ability to move without waiting for certainty, comfortable with ambiguity
- •Clear communication and collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
- •Care about user experience ensuring product is useful, intuitive, and engaging
- •Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content
What You'll Do
- •Own the work end to end: understand the problem, choose an approach, build the solution, launch it, measure it, and iterate with minimal handoffs
- •Build with AI every day using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging
- •Decide what's worth pursuing and test it fast by designing small meaningful experiments
- •Let the results determine next steps by defining success, analyzing outcomes, and improving or stopping features
- •Work embedded in a software engineering squad partnering with leads, co-founders, designers, and engineers
- •Keep momentum high by surfacing blockers early, challenging assumptions, and finding alternative routes
Nice to Have
- •Design fluency to prompt usable UI independently
- •Experience at fast-scaling D2C/consumer tech companies or scale-ups
- •Experience on consumer-facing features
- •Experience in Entertainment, Avatars, Gaming, or high-touch media industries
