Requirements
- •Experience building and shipping functional features or prototypes using AI coding tools
- •Ability to use data to make product decisions including running A/B tests and product experiments
- •Independent exploration and experimentation with AI tools and techniques
- •Comfortable taking ownership and moving forward without full certainty
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
- •Fluency in English
- •Care about user experience and product quality
- •Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content
What You'll Do
- •Investigate opportunities and analyze user behaviour
- •Prototype solutions with AI
- •Contribute code
- •Launch experiments and improve production features
- •Own the work end to end including problem understanding, solution building, launching, measuring, and iterating
- •Use AI tools daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging
- •Decide what product directions to pursue and test them quickly
- •Define success metrics and analyze experiment outcomes to inform next steps
- •Work in a small, hands-on team with co-founder, designers, and engineers
- •Maintain high momentum by surfacing blockers and challenging assumptions
Nice to Have
- •Design fluency to independently prompt usable UI
- •Experience at fast-scaling D2C or consumer tech companies or scale-ups
- •Experience with consumer-facing features
- •Experience in entertainment, avatars, gaming, or high-touch media industries
