Requirements
- •At least 5 years of professional backend development experience with a product engineering mindset
- •Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#
- •Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production
- •Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines
- •Strong business acumen and understanding of how work connects to company objectives
- •Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
- •Experience working in regulated environments
What You'll Do
- •Develop and maintain backend systems using .NET and C#
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, frontend, mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA
- •Own and evolve shared product areas delivering value to businesses
- •Ship scalable, maintainable, and robust financial infrastructure
- •Participate in automated testing, code reviews, and apply security best practices
- •Engage in problem-solving and improving team processes
- •Mentor colleagues and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- •Understand and discuss technical trade-offs and constraints with stakeholders
Nice to Have
- •Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP
- •Familiarity with frontend (React), mobile (Swift, Kotlin), and ML frameworks
- •Experience with modern test automation tools such as Playwright and Appium
