Requirements
- •5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams
- •Strong Apex development skills including triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, testing
- •Strong Flow development skills with good judgement on when to use Flow
- •Deep understanding of permissions, sharing models and data architecture in Salesforce
- •Hands-on experience building and owning ETL and reverse-ETL processes
- •Experience using AI in work processes, preferably with Agentforce or Claude, with demonstrable value delivered
- •Ability to turn vague requests into specifications and push back when necessary
- •Obsession with user satisfaction and responsiveness to user feedback
- •Fluent English
- •Ability to work independently in a fully remote position
What You'll Do
- •Own the Salesforce platform end to end including code, architecture, integrations, and data pipelines
- •Build in Apex and Flow, choosing the appropriate tool for the problem
- •Own the integration layer including connected tools, APIs, and middleware
- •Design, run, and fix ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines
- •Maintain the health of connected tools like Outreach, Modjo, Kubaru, Lusha, Clay, Hightouch
- •Set technical standards including architecture decisions and technical debt management
- •Push the vision forward to enable all day-to-day sales work in Salesforce with AI and automation solutions
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- •Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- •Experience with Outreach, Clay or Hightouch
- •Experience with Databricks, BigQuery or Snowflake
- •Experience working in Fintech, banking or other highly regulated environments
