Requirements
- •Experience in end-to-end product analytics with impact on roadmap decisions
- •Fluent in SQL
- •Confident in Python
- •Solid understanding of experimentation and causal methods
- •Experience choosing or building tooling for tests and metrics
- •Regular use of AI tools in daily work
- •Proactive approach bringing problems and hypotheses independently
- •Ability to structure ambiguous problems and explain reasoning to product and business people
- •English proficiency at C1 level or above
- •Partner to stakeholders rather than just executing tasks
What You'll Do
- •Work with product managers and other stakeholders to agree on priorities and identify problems worth solving
- •Bring recommendations to the business including unseen opportunities
- •Define metrics for the product stream and ensure consistency across the company
- •Design tests including hypothesis, primary metric, audience split, duration, and result interpretation
- •Automate testing processes to make running tests routine
- •Build infrastructure for testing at scale to promote a testing culture across product teams
Nice to Have
- •Experience building product analytics from scratch
- •Experience with low conversion volumes such as B2B, long sales cycles, and small samples
