Requirements
- •5+ years of software development building data-intensive production systems
- •Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams
- •Hands-on experience with at least one general-purpose language/platform (C#/.NET, Java/JVM, JavaScript/Node, Go)
- •Experience with distributed architectures, databases, messaging and queueing systems
- •Experience in product-led organizations with international scope
- •Strong business acumen connecting engineering work to revenue, retention, and trust
- •Comfortable with product metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, conversion funnels)
- •Exceptional communication skills in English
What You'll Do
- •Lead a cross-functional engineering team (backend, frontend, mobile, QA) to deliver valuable products
- •Communicate clearly with engineers, product managers, and executives
- •Challenge problem framing with product managers and focus on business outcomes
- •Balance feature delivery with technical debt and scalability
- •Make technical decisions with explicit trade-offs and explain reasoning
- •Run 1:1 meetings, create growth plans, and manage hiring and promotions
- •Build engaged teams through feedback and coaching
- •Improve team productivity with better tools and processes
- •Drive predictable delivery by partnering with Product and Design
- •Communicate proactively about priorities, risks, and constraints
- •Encourage healthy debate and move toward consensus
