Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration
- •Expertise in administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS
- •Strong experience managing Identity and Access Management using JumpCloud or similar
- •Hands-on experience with MDM tools like JumpCloud MDM, Intune, Jamf
- •Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- •Familiarity with ITSM platforms, preferably Jira Service Management
- •Fluent English communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Administer and maintain the core Identity Provider (JumpCloud) for SSO and access governance
- •Manage employee IT lifecycle including automated onboarding and offboarding
- •Perform backend management of internal platforms like Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion
- •Implement and optimize IT Service Management system using Jira Cloud
- •Implement, configure, and maintain device policies across corporate endpoints using JumpCloud
- •Install, update, and remotely deploy software using automation and scripting
- •Support security initiatives and assist with audit readiness and compliance (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC2)
- •Monitor SaaS application usage and access risks using tools like Torii
- •Serve as escalation point for technical issues and perform deep troubleshooting
- •Manage IT equipment procurement, inventory tracking, and hardware logistics
- •Identify ticket trends and develop solutions and automations to eliminate recurring incidents
Nice to Have
- •Experience with scripting to automate IT administration tasks
- •Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC2)
- •Experience with SaaS governance tools like Torii
- •Experience in a high-growth, modern infrastructure environment
