Requirements
- •At least 5 years of professional backend development experience with a product engineering mindset
- •Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#
- •Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production
- •Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines
- •Strong business acumen and understanding of how work connects to company objectives
- •Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
- •Experience building data-intensive applications
- •Experience working in regulated environments
What You'll Do
- •Develop and maintain backend systems with a product engineering mindset
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, frontend, mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA
- •Design and evolve distributed systems in production
- •Ship robust, scalable financial infrastructure products
- •Communicate technical constraints and trade-offs to business stakeholders
- •Implement automated testing, conduct thorough code reviews, and follow security best practices
- •Take ownership of code and product outcomes, including customer issues and team processes
- •Mentor colleagues and contribute to team improvement
- •Understand and improve product performance through analytics
Nice to Have
- •Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP
- •Familiarity with frontend technologies like React, Swift, Kotlin
- •Experience with Python/ML frameworks and modern test automation tools (Playwright, Appium)
