Requirements
- •Product mindset with curiosity about process purpose and user experience
- •Ability to interpret data and feedback to inform decisions and improve processes
- •Experience building live products from scratch including AI-assisted development tools
- •Comfortable with Google Apps Script and n8n for building and maintaining automations
- •Comfortable with AI tools like Claude and eager to learn new ones
- •Customer centricity mindset focusing on end user needs and pain points
- •Experience designing and running employee feedback loops including surveys and structured feedback collection
What You'll Do
- •Build and improve tools and processes for employee lifecycle stages such as onboarding, performance cycles, internal mobility, promotions, engagement surveys, offboarding
- •Design and run surveys, gather qualitative feedback from employees and managers, and turn feedback into product improvements
- •Build internal automations using Google Apps Script and n8n connecting Slack, Notion, and HR systems
- •Use AI tools like Claude to prototype and ship people products faster
- •Maintain data, workflows, and configuration as processes evolve
- •Keep Notion documentation current and useful for managers and HR team
