Requirements

•At least 5 years of professional backend development with a product engineering mindset
•Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#
•Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production
•Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines
•Strong business acumen
•Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
•Experience building data-intensive applications
•Experience working in a regulated environment

•Build and evolve backend financial infrastructure
•Collaborate in a cross-functional team with Backend, Frontend, Mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA
•Ship products that matter with a product engineering mindset
•Communicate clearly across disciplines
•Understand product, users, and business impact of technical decisions
•Discuss trade-offs with product managers and explain technical constraints to business stakeholders
•Design elegant end-to-end solutions with frontend and mobile engineers
•Take ownership of code and outcomes
•Jump into customer issues, improve team processes, mentor colleagues
•Apply automated testing, thorough code reviews, and security best practices

•Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP
•Familiarity with React, Swift, Kotlin, Python/ML frameworks, and modern test automation tools
