Requirements
- •At least 5 years of professional backend development experience with a product engineering mindset
- •Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#
- •Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production
- •Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines
- •Strong business acumen and understanding of company objectives
- •Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
- •Experience building data-intensive applications
- •Experience working in regulated environments
What You'll Do
- •Develop robust, scalable financial backend infrastructure
- •Collaborate in a cross-functional team with Backend, Frontend, Mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA
- •Own and evolve a shared product area delivering value to businesses
- •Ship products with a product engineering mindset
- •Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs with product managers and business stakeholders
- •Design elegant end-to-end solutions with frontend and mobile engineers
- •Maintain high code quality with automated testing, code reviews, and security best practices
- •Take ownership of code and outcomes, including customer issues and team processes
- •Mentor colleagues and explore adjacent domains like frontend, ML models, and analytics
Nice to Have
- •Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP
- •Familiarity with frontend technologies like React, Swift, Kotlin
- •Knowledge of Python/ML frameworks and modern test automation tools (Playwright, Appium)
