Requirements
- •Experience creating direct-response video ads for e-commerce with responsibility for concept and production
- •Ability to turn customer motivations, frustrations, or objections into persuasive angles and clear English copy
- •Strong video editing skills and knowledge of using visuals, pacing, sound, and text to engage viewers
- •Practical experience using AI image, video, or voice tools in real projects with ability to spot and improve weak output
- •Understanding of performance metrics like watch time, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA to inform creative decisions
- •Ability to take ownership, make independent decisions, care about details, and keep learning
What You'll Do
- •Get to know products and customers by reading reviews, exploring objections, and studying existing creative to find promising angles
- •Develop original ad concepts for paid social, especially Meta, choosing a clear selling idea and format that suits the audience
- •Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy, and calls to action in English
- •Produce complete ads using product footage, creator content, and AI-generated assets, owning the edit, voiceover, captions, sound, and pacing
- •Use AI throughout the workflow to improve results while ensuring product accuracy and believable visuals and voice
- •Create different openings and concept variations to test new messages, motivations, and storytelling approaches
- •Review results with media buyers and use learnings to improve existing ads and develop new concepts
- •Review own work before submission, apply feedback thoughtfully, and communicate clearly about progress and deadlines
