What You'll Do
- •Lead the fullstack Switchboard team responsible for GitLab Dedicated’s customer-facing control panel
- •Set clear direction for how the team delivers and evolves the product
- •Hire and develop a high-performing team
- •Partner with Technical Team Leads to provide direction and unblock the team
- •Partner closely with Product and Design on the customer-facing control panel including wireframes and UI direction
- •Own planning with the Product Manager including priorities, dependencies, and quarterly delivery epic
- •Ensure fast, high quality and cross-functional execution across frontend, backend, UX, product, and technical writing
- •Drive improvements in quality, security, and performance
- •Support the team’s mission of enabling GitLab Dedicated customers to manage their tenant environments while reducing manual operations
