Requirements
- •Strong sales background in consultancy or L&D with experience winning work independently
- •Experience as an Executive Director or General Manager or equivalent leadership role
- •Deep engagement with AI and fluency in its applications
- •Experience working inside large scale organizations understanding buying decisions
- •Established professional network and visibility in AI transformation communities
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from a blank slate
What You'll Do
- •Build an AI consultancy business from scratch including setting the offer, pricing, and go to market strategy
- •Create demand by winning clients through networking and market credibility
- •Work at the forefront of AI, testing new tools and understanding AI applications
- •Shape service offerings including corporate training, thought leadership, and product recommendations
- •Represent the brand publicly through speaking, publishing, and networking
- •Own the P&L with autonomy on pricing, partnerships, and hiring
