Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in project management
- •Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills

- •Data-driven approach to decision-making

- •English at least B2
What You'll Do
- •Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation
- •Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs and translate them into clear project requirements
- •Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clarity and alignment
- •Work closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- •Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies
- •Lead change management efforts ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement
- •Monitor project performance and KPIs ensuring alignment with objectives and outcomes
- •Lead business process implementation ensuring solutions are embedded into workflows and adopted
- •Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
- •Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- •Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- •Proactively identify potential process improvements, efficiency gaps, and blind spots across teams and workflows
