Requirements
- •Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher written and spoken English level
- •Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or in a similar People Operations role
- •Solid track record of supporting teams located across multiple countries
- •Exceptional organizational skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple HR workflows effectively
What You'll Do
- •Lead smooth end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for team members across technical and non-technical departments globally
- •Help the team members map out personal development plans and support their ongoing professional growth
- •Act as a main point of contact for international teams across different time zones, fostering strong communication within diverse technical and non-technical teams
- •Perform other HR duties, including relations inside the teams, performance tracking, policy implementation, and HR process maintenance
- •Collaborate with our Academy to develop comprehensive onboarding materials, training modules, and company security policy courses, and keep materials up to date
- •Partner closely with the recruitment team to define candidate profiles, refine job requirements, and streamline hiring for assigned teams
