Requirements
- •3+ years of project management experience
- •Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- •Data-driven approach to decision-making
- •Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- •Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- •English B2 or above
What You'll Do
- •Own the full internal project lifecycle — from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation
- •Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements
- •Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage
- •Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies
- •Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows
- •Lead change management efforts, staying flexible and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams
- •Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes
- •Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
- •Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management
- •Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams
