Requirements
- •Knowledge of corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets, financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, IPO processes, regulatory disclosures, and market dynamics
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills, explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes
- •Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, consulting, or related areas is valuable
- •Foundational knowledge and strong analytical skills for entry-level candidates
What You'll Do
- •Engage the AI model with corporate finance and market-based scenarios, analytical exercises, and strategic reasoning tasks
- •Verify financial accuracy and logical consistency of the AI model's outputs
- •Assess the validity of valuation and market interpretations produced by the AI
- •Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes of the AI model
- •Provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning depth of the AI
- •Identify where AI models oversimplify complex transactions or misinterpret regulatory or market signals
