Requirements
- •Licensed medical professional (nurse RN, BSN or equivalent, physician MD or DO)
- •Fluent in Arabic
- •Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine
- •Active medical license or master’s/PhD in health sciences with verifiable clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, hospital-based practice, or public health project involvement
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills, explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes
What You'll Do
- •Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions in Arabic and English
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of AI model responses
- •Capture reproducible error traces in AI model reasoning
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- •Challenge advanced language models on medical topics such as differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical trial design, public health interventions, and diagnostic imaging interpretation
- •Document failure modes to strengthen AI model reasoning
