Requirements
- •Knowledge of banking systems, financial regulation, capital markets, retail and commercial banking, central banking, compliance, risk management, lending practices, financial products, and institutional governance
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills, explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes
- •Experience working in banks, credit unions, regulatory bodies, financial consultancies, or related institutions is highly valued
- •Foundational knowledge of financial systems and strong analytical skills
What You'll Do
- •Engage the AI model with financial institution scenarios, regulatory and compliance questions, and analytical exercises
- •Verify factual correctness and institutional logic of the AI model
- •Assess risk-related reasoning of the AI model
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and analytical depth
- •Identify where models oversimplify financial regulations or misinterpret institutional processes

- •Background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field
