Requirements
- •Expertise in Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
- •Master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
- •Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects are a plus
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Challenge advanced language models on Finnish language topics such as verb conjugation, case inflection, vowel harmony, sentence structure, formal and informal language, regional variations, and nuances of the Finnish writing system
- •Document every failure mode to improve model reasoning
- •Converse with the model on language scenarios
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
