Requirements
- •Current or former professional experience in law enforcement (e.g., patrol officers, detectives, investigators, specialized units)
- •Experience with report writing, case management systems, courtroom preparation, or interagency coordination is highly valuable
- •Clear written communication skills
- •Ability to explain decision-making and reasoning in plain language
- •Attention to detail
- •Willingness to thoughtfully engage with AI systems
- •Supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
What You'll Do
- •Review and evaluate AI model responses involving criminal investigations, patrol operations, report writing, evidence handling, interviewing techniques, use-of-force considerations, procedural justice, and ethical decision-making
- •Identify inaccuracies, gaps in reasoning, or unrealistic assumptions in AI models
- •Document where AI models fail to reflect real-world law enforcement practices
- •Review AI-generated case scenarios and assess realism and procedural correctness of investigative steps
- •Validate terminology and workflows used by AI models
- •Provide written feedback explaining correctness or incorrectness of AI model outputs
- •Clarify edge cases, common misconceptions about policing, and differences between policy, law, and real-world application
