Requirements
- •Fluency in Spanish (Latin America)
- •Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming
- •Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal
- •Real-world coding experience
- •Technical writing in Spanish
- •Open-source contributions
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Spanish (Latin America)
- •Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency
- •Assess naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- •Challenge advanced language models on topics like asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems
- •Document every failure mode to improve model reasoning
