Requirements
- •Fluency in French
- •Master’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field is ideal
- •Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP
- •Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Converse with AI models in English and French on manufacturing scenarios and technical questions
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of AI model responses
- •Capture reproducible error traces in AI model reasoning
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- •Challenge advanced language models on manufacturing topics such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, materials handling, CNC and robotics, OEE, and production scheduling
- •Document every failure mode to improve AI model reasoning
