Requirements
- •Fluency in French
- •Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field is ideal
- •Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD
- •Experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Converse with AI models in English and French on HR scenarios and theoretical questions
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of AI responses
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- •Challenge language models on HR topics such as compliance, workplace investigations, onboarding, DEI initiatives, training strategies, and cross-border HR policies
- •Document failure modes to improve model reasoning
