Requirements
- •Active RN license
- •Associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing or a closely related healthcare field
- •Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Converse with the model on clinical scenarios and nursing judgment questions
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of the model
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- •Challenge advanced language models on topics like acute and chronic disease management, medication administration, patient safety protocols, electronic health record documentation, clinical decision-making, infection control, emergency response, and interprofessional communication
- •Document every failure mode to improve model reasoning
