Requirements
- •Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree required
- •Alternatively, a master's or PhD in a health sciences discipline with clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, hospital-based practice, or demonstrated involvement in public health projects
- •Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine
- •Clear, metacognitive communication skills, explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes
What You'll Do
- •Converse with the AI model on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
- •Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of the AI model
- •Capture reproducible error traces
- •Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- •Challenge advanced language models on medical topics such as differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical trial design, public health interventions, and diagnostic imaging interpretation
- •Document every failure mode to improve model reasoning
