Requirements
- •Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new platforms quickly

- •Detail-oriented communication skills to uncover merchant needs through structured questioning
- •Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- •Comfort with data-driven decision-making
What You'll Do
- •Guiding merchants through full setup sessions to ensure high-quality Online Ordering implementations
- •Testing links and integrating them into current websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering
- •Assisting merchants in building new websites or customizing existing pages to reflect their visual identity and meet design standards
- •Processing complex integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus
- •Resolving technical barriers and ensuring all ordering links are fully functional
Nice to Have
- •Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- •Experience with restaurant POS systems, especially Toast
- •Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website customization
- •Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding
