Requirements

- •Clear, analytical communication skills
- •Ability to explain complex deal concepts with precision
What You'll Do
- •Review and assess AI-generated content related to M&A scenarios
- •Evaluate the validity of financial and legal reasoning
- •Document performance gaps
- •Work closely with the team to refine prompts, frameworks, and evaluation criteria
Nice to Have
- •Law degree (JD or equivalent) preferred
- •MBA or advanced finance degree with substantial transactional experience
